10.1 Validation Framework
Lens A: Timeless Growth Wisdom
Do things that do not scale first, then scale only what proves repeatable. Keep weekly growth discipline and optimize for liquidity and cohort quality over vanity signups (E1, E2, E3, E4).
Lens B: AI-Native Execution
Lens B is a monitoring layer, not a rollout trigger. Recent platform/model launches can reprioritize experiments, but promotion to production requires independent LONGSHOT outcome evidence first (E78, E81, E82, E83, E84, E92, E93, E94, E95). Evidence-class rule: no rollout decision in this section may rely only on vendor launch posts, trend reports, or funding/news coverage.
Decision order (mandatory):
- Independent operator outcomes on qualified metrics (
funded activation,first qualified trade,D30 retained traders,spread/depth/fill quality) E2 E3 E4 - Current policy and platform constraints (search/community/compliance). E6 E91 E120 E121
- Vendor capability availability and cost only after (1) and (2) pass. E78 E81 E82 E92 E93 E94 E95

Required Validation Protocol (Before Any Scale-Up)
- Define one falsifiable hypothesis per automation change (for example: +X% funded activation, +Y% first-trade completion, +Z% D30 retention, or tighter spread/depth without retention loss). E2 E3 E4
- Run holdout/control comparisons by channel or cohort for a fixed window (minimum two full weekly cycles).
- Require joint pass criteria: acquisition lift + liquidity quality + retention quality; fail fast if any one degrades.
- Promote to scaled rollout only after repeatable results across at least two independent test windows.
- Record evidence class for each decision (
vendor signalvsindependent outcome); onlyindependent outcomecan approve scale-up.
Decision Rule
Keep automation that improves growth and market quality simultaneously. Add guardrails when automation could degrade acquisition quality, create low-value content, or increase channel dependency; validate against current ranking-update cadence and AI-referral/crawler shifts (E6, E12, E83, E84, E91).
